The Library Science study program's own system for its academic year: exams, thesis supervision, letters, SKK, and tracer study.

The problem

Department staff ran the academic year out of parallel spreadsheets. Exam schedules, scores, thesis supervision, and official letter requests each had their own file, and nobody could answer a simple question like who still has not submitted their thesis without checking three of them.

What I did

• Modelled the academic year: semesters, courses, exams, participants, registrations, documents, scores, and examiners.
• Built thesis management: project, guidance, journal submission, and final submission.
• Implemented the letter request pipeline with templates, recipients, and PDF generation.
• Added SKK activity tracking, tracer study, and plagiarism-check integration through Turnitin.
• Used a streaming XLSX writer for exports that would otherwise blow up memory on full-cohort datasets.
