Lecturer workload (BKD) and promotion platform for private Islamic universities. Applications run in stages, and every verdict has to survive an audit.

The problem

Lecturer promotion and workload reporting meant paper forms, distributed reviewers, and decisions nobody could reconstruct. Each application type had its own verification chain, and mediators, assessors, and administrators all needed to see a different slice of the same case.

What I did

• Built the multi-step submission and verification chains for functional positions, rank increases, NIRM, lecturer certification, study assignments, and new program establishments.
• Modelled the workflow roles (lecturer, assessor, assessment team, mediator, program coordinator, admin) with spatie/laravel-permission.
• Distributed assessment assignments across assessors, and mediated when the two sides disagreed.
• Generated downloadable certificates and official documents from dompdf templates.
