Digital management platform for mosques: administration, dakwah programmes, and congregation records. Initiated by MUI Kota Medan with the City Government of Medan.

The problem

Mosque management ran on books and verbal coordination. Congregation records, dakwah programmes, and mosque administration were not connected, so follow-up with communities and reporting to the city were manual and incomplete.

What I did

• Built the web application covering mosque administration, dakwah programme management, and congregation data.
• Modelled member and community records so programmes can be targeted and reported on.
• Wrote the admin screens for an operations team with no in-house developer, so day-to-day mosque records do not need engineering help.
