A map of the bureaucracy behind an Information Systems degree: which office, which form, in which order, for every procedure a student has to walk through.

The problem

Students lose entire weeks to the same problem: not knowing which office handles what, or that a document needed a different signature before the previous one. The knowledge existed, but only as staff folklore.

What I did

• Designed the information architecture around the student's question, not the university's org chart.
• Implemented the Laravel 13 + Livewire 4 application with searchable, paginated procedure guides.
• Built the test suite, including pagination behaviour, and set up the agent-skills workflow for ongoing maintenance.
