UINSU Smart Admission

University admission platform. Holds applicant records, tracks school-record (ISP) phases, scores assessments, and answers questions by chatbot and WhatsApp.

The problem

University admissions ran across spreadsheets, chat threads, and disconnected forms. Staff could not see where an applicant was in the funnel, scorecards were not comparable across programs, and answering the same question a thousand times was the actual job.

What I did

• Built the applicant lifecycle: registration, program paths, faculty and program catalogue, eligibility checks, and acceptance records.
• Modelled the ISP phase history so staff can see exactly which stage each applicant's school record is in, with analytics over the funnel.
• Implemented an assessment scoring matrix so each program evaluates submissions consistently instead of case by case.
• Integrated a public chatbot and WhatsApp broadcast plus webhook so announcements reach applicants where they already are.
• Added bilingual content, Excel export, PDF generation, and an audit log over every administrative action.
