Sportify

Sports-venue rental platform. Find a court, see which slots are empty, book them, and ask a retrieval-augmented chatbot that answers from the venue's own data.

The problem

Courts are booked by phone and message, so availability is invisible until someone calls, and it goes stale the moment a slot is taken. Owners cannot price peak hours or block time for maintenance.

What I did

• Built the renter path: search and filter by branch, location, price, and indoor or outdoor.
• Implemented per-date availability with multi-slot booking using temporary slot locking, so two people cannot take the same court.
• Built the venue-manager side: court management, peak and off-peak pricing, operating hours, and slot blocks for maintenance or tournaments.
• Wired a RAG chatbot on Google Gemini that answers availability and pricing questions from actual venue data instead of inventing them.
• Added venue verification, review moderation, and a chatbot knowledge base for admins.
