Parking-levy reporting for the Ikan Paus bus terminal in Binjai. One record per vehicle, carried through to the report that reaches leadership.

The problem

Levy records were written on a log sheet and then retyped into Excel. Every figure was keyed twice, so errors were structural rather than accidental, and nobody could monitor collection in real time or produce an auditable report.

What I did

• Digitized the flow from vehicle entry through verification, recapping, and approval by the bendahara.
• Split the duties so the person recording a vehicle is not the person approving it: Super Admin, Admin, an Operator working in the field, and a Bendahara who verifies.
• Recorded each levy once, so the log sheet and the spreadsheet can no longer disagree.
• Built internal report generation with export, backed by an audit log to support accountability.
