Field network operations platform for fibre telecom assets. One system covers assets, cable, CCTV, backbone, incidents, budget, reconciliation, and others.

The problem

Telkom Infrastruktur's field data lived in disconnected tools. Asset state, incidents, material movement, and budget approvals were tracked separately, so operations teams spent their time reconciling records instead of fixing networks.

What I did

• Delivered 15+ RESTful API endpoints in Laravel that unify data across the internal systems those teams used before.
• Authored the data-processing modules behind real-time incident and network-element monitoring.
• Kept the code in modular route files: one versioned API module per domain, each with its own controllers and policies.
• Maintained and extended the production system under Octane and Horizon, where long-lived workers and queued jobs are normal.
